FILM SCHOOL HOUSE- Looking for Roommates
Hi Class of 2012,
I'm Matt, 2011 MFA prod. student. I'm looking for some roomates in what has been called "The Film School House." With the new year my roommates are graduating and moving in with their significant others. The house is in a nice
neighborhood (mainly old people) about 2 miles from school. Rent is
cheap- $337/mo (4 bed). This is a no-pet and no-smoking house. I would
like to keep this a film student house as we all have the same crazy
schedule and understand what everyone is going through. Open to male or female roommates (currently 2 male and 2 female roommates). House has 4 bed rooms, 2 bath, garage and large living room. The house address is 1105 Bonnie Dr. Let me know if

Hey Matt,
I am definitely interested in this situation. I know you said the neighborhood is pretty quiet, does that include this house (ya'll throwing big parties every other night? :) I have cemented my plans and will be in town on the 21st and 22nd looking around. Is that gonna be good for somebody, is anybody gonna be around those days for me to talk to? I'd really like to get a look at those pictures, see what the place looks like. The no smoking/ pets sounds good to me, and I like being relatively close to campus.
