House For Rent
Hey there incoming class. I'll be one of your second year production students, and wanted to let you know that the house next door to mine is for rent. I live in a quiet neighborhood about 6.5 miles from school. I know that seems far, but it's a straight shot.
The house is a 3BR 2BA with a pool and a fenced yard. Pets are allowed. I believe the rent is $1,200/mo. Split 3 ways, it's a good deal. I've never been inside, but I know that the same tenant was living there for three years. Don't really know the landlord, other than his name and number, which are: Gary Cooper (yes, really) 850-766-2518. The address is 825 Brent Drive, Tallahassee, 32305.
