Well, ok. The place I'm living in right now is a house that has four rooms, mine is the smallest one, there are two of them that are a little bit bigger than mine and there's the largest one.
Lisa, one of the 2nd-year-to-be will be staying in the same house, the rest of us will be moving out, so that leaves three empty rooms for new takers. (BTW, Lisa is the one of nicest girls I've ever met, you'd really wanna take this just to live with her. I love her!!!)
The house is like 10 minutes away from the film school by driving. But if you're going to the school like around 3am in the morning to edit or build a set, it's takes like 5 minutes only!! :)
So, there's the living room, the kitchen, the laundry room, backyard for party, garage that can store all your production design and two bathrooms.
The rent is $320-420per month, depending on which room you have since the sizes are different. And the utilities+internet/cable stuff is like around $100 per month.
That's the basic idea, if you'd like to know more or even come by to check out the room, let me know~
